ASAP is the only agency in the UK which specialises in appeals about Home Office accommodation and financial support.
Our Advice Line is for advisers/professionals to access our expertise directly and receive one-off legal advice for their clients on appealing decisions about their Home Office accomodation and financial support. We are unable to give advice to people claiming asylum directly.
Please note that the advisor answering the phone will not be aware of your case and will not have read any papers you may have sent us about the appeal. So please be ready to explain the situation and the advice you need. We will do our best to provide you with useful one-off guidance based on the information you give on the phone.
It can be busy and you may need to keep trying to get through. There is no facility to leave messages for call backs and we do not offer email advice.
ASAP does not give immigration advice and we cannot provide legal representation for asylum claims or asylum appeals. If you need advice about your immigration status please contact a regulated advisor. For information about how to try and find a regulated immigration adviser please click here.
If you are an asylum seeker and need advice about your housing or financial support from the Home Office you should go to your nearest advice agency and ask an adviser to contact us.
If you are an asylum seeker and you are making an appeal about your housing and financial support, please look at our information about appeals.
