You can make a referral by emailing the following to us at: referrals@asaproject.org.uk
After you have emailed us this information, we will contact you to confirm receipt and request any further information that is needed.
If you are an asylum-seeker and have an appeal at the Asylum Support Tribunal an ASAP advocate may be able to advise and/or represent you at your hearing. Please have a look at our appeal guide for people who have an appeal coming up.
If you would like us to help you at your appeal, please complete our client declaration form and email it to us at referrals@asaproject.org.uk.
If you have any questions about making a referral, please call us on 07950 977701 - please note this number does not give legal advice.
Please note that making a referral to ASAP does not guarantee that we will be able to represent you - we always try our best but sometimes we are unable to due to factors beyond our control.
Please be aware that we are unable to assist with lodging or preparing for an appeal. You may be able to get assistance with this from an advice agency near where you live.
