Tribunal decisions

The Asylum Support Tribunal (AST) has developed an online database of useful decisions. It is fully searchable by keywords, Judges, type of support and decisions with 'Landmark' status.

Tribunal rules

AST appeals are subject to procedural rules. These are found in The Tribunal Procedure (First-tier Tribunal) (Social Entitlement Chamber) Rules 2008 (as amended). They include rules on how to appeal, how any hearing will be conducted, and how the AST reaches decisions.
